If you have a topic you would like to discuss openly, let’s talk over an online coffee chat.
No strings attached and no fuss.

I look forward to a conversation on equal terms.

Felix, thank you for the last six months! You were the perfect co-pilot when I took on my leadership role and showed me the right tools to use. You taught me how to keep the team on track with precise communication and how to communicate clearly and confidently even in turbulent times.🙂

Before coaching with Felix Müller, I found it difficult to present and market myself adequately at management level, even though I knew I had more potential. I had already done a lot of soul-searching, but the decisive impetus was missing.

Felix’s empathetic yet challenging manner was the turning point. He created a space in which I could recognise and resolve my inner blockages. It was not superficial counselling, but rather an in-depth exploration that enabled me to use my strengths more consciously.

Today, I notice that I come across as more clear and confident, represent my position more effectively and lead my teams with greater assurance. This coaching is particularly valuable for managers who want to increase their visibility and impact in a demanding environment such as ours in the long term.

Felix’s coaching not only helped me to develop my communication skills and self-efficacy in a targeted manner, but also to find sustainable strategies for my personal and professional development. Through structured and appreciative support, I gained new perspectives and found the courage to actively and confidently embrace change – for myself and for my team, which I can now lead through the transformation in the company with strength and confidence.

After being accepted into the Group Potential Programme, I received coaching, for which I deliberately chose Felix Müller. My hopes for him and his coaching based on his CV have been confirmed. With his friendly manner and objective questions, Felix has provided me with enormous support in my core areas of delegation and emotion regulation, and has literally opened my eyes to new perspectives.

I particularly appreciate Felix’s expertise and familiarity, which create a special basis for developing jointly agreed approaches. By consistently following his advice, the successes quickly became apparent. Not only did I notice this, but so did my colleagues. Honestly, this is the greatest praise for his work, alongside the time I have gained by delegating without losing energy.

II worked with Felix because an outside perspective is important to me. I find it enriching and inspiring – especially when it comes to developing my own personality and presenting myself more clearly in the workplace.

Through coaching, I have learned to better understand my inner world, prioritise my needs and interests, and bring them into balance. Felix’s targeted questions in particular helped me to question my perspectives and reframe them.

This has a direct impact on my work as a manager in a FinTech company: I make clearer decisions, communicate more consciously and feel more energetic because I no longer feel like I have to please everyone.

The coaching has given me new clarity and ease – both personally and professionally.

Clarity in coaching helped me find my professional direction!
I worked with Felix to find out whether a management career or a specialist career was the right path for me. During coaching, I learned to consciously take time for reflection. I was able to apply the models and methods Felix showed me directly in practice. I was particularly impressed by his life experience and expertise; he always asked the right questions and made me think. Together, we formulated clear objectives that contributed to the success of the coaching.
